Sugar Rush Truck is a drinks and desserts bar on wheels for festivals, street food markets and fairs in Northampton and the surrounding counties. It serves milkshakes to Freakshakes, slushies, soft serve, hot chocolate and coffee from a single hatch. The truck is coming soon and organisers can register interest now.

How we would run it
- Trading pitchWe trade from the hatch on a pitch the organiser allocates. We hold the paperwork organisers usually ask for once we are trading.
- Five item menuFive Freakshakes (loaded milkshakes) or five hot chocolates, plus slushies, soft serve and coffee, keeps the queue short on busy days.
- Seasonal swapSummer events lead with milkshakes, Freakshakes and slushies, winter night markets with the Hot Choc Bar.

Do you take pitches at festivals and markets?
Yes, once the truck is trading. Organisers can register interest now so we can plan the first season.
What paperwork do traders normally need?
Public liability insurance, food hygiene registration with the local authority and a food hygiene rating are standard. We will hold what your event asks for once trading starts.
Can you trade at a private ticketed event?
Yes. Ticketed events usually prefer a hosted or token model. We agree it in the quote.
