Booking questions
What types of event can Sugar Rush Truck be booked for?
Any event. We cover weddings, kids parties, milestone birthdays, corporate events, festivals and markets, school fetes and proms, Christmas and winter events, charity and community events, sports club days and private parties.
Can I book the truck now?
Not yet, because the truck is coming soon. You can register your event on the booking page so you are first in line, and we will confirm availability and a quote when bookings open.
How much does it cost to hire the truck?
We quote per event. The price depends on the date, hours, location, travel and guest numbers. We have no hire price list yet because we are not trading. Guests buying at the hatch pay menu prices, which start at £3 for a slushie.
How many guests can the truck serve?
Small groups to large crowds. The menu is capped at five items per range so a small truck can serve a long queue fast. We will plan serves per hour with you for your guest count.
What do you need at the venue?
A flat, safe pitch with vehicle access. We confirm the pitch size, surface, parking and any power or water needs with you during booking.
